The stock of software company ServiceNow is experiencing volatility despite strong subscription sales and a jump in revenue. The company reported a 27% increase in quarterly subscription sales to $2.37 billion, driven by the success of its artificial intelligence (AI) products. ServiceNow has been aggressively pushing into AI through partnerships with companies like Nvidia and Amazon Web Services. The company’s net income for the fiscal fourth quarter was $295 million, compared to $150 million in the same quarter the previous year. ServiceNow expects its fiscal first-quarter subscription sales to be between $2.51 billion and $2.515 billion.
