This led to a 51% decrease in scam calls for T-Mobile customers compared to 2022. T-Mobile President of Technology, Ulf Ewaldsson, stated that scammers are evolving, but so is T-Mobile’s technology, allowing them to continuously improve their scam protection efforts.
